Candidates must be self motivated, pro-active and confident in communicating with prospective and existing clients with no fear of picking up the telephone.

Possession of excellent communication skills is essential to this role, as is a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Full training will be given in the operation of our CRM system as well as further training on our Software Applications.

The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week. Monday – Friday between the hours of 09:30 – 16:30 with an hour for lunch. Remuneration negotiable dependent on experience.

• Working closely with the Software team the successful candidate will perform the following,
• Arrange appointments for the Software Team, through the means of cold calling and follow-up calls – This is the key part of the job
• Assist the Software Team in the creation of sales campaigns
• Assist the Software Team in direct mail sales campaigns
• Follow up Sales campaigns over the telephone in a non technical manner.
• Assist the Software Team plan and organise events
• Data cleansing \\ verification of company records
